Registration

You need to first register with us in order to apply for various services for your child(ren). This screen will guide you to enter the necessary information required for registration process. Please hover the mouse over each field to see what information you will need to enter for this purpose.

When registering an account, you are agreeing to the use of your information as detailed in the relevant Privacy Notices and also consenting to receive system messages and the outcome of your applications to your registered Email Address. You should make sure your email remains safe and secure, for example by:

  • Changing your email password regularly, keeping it in a safe place and not sharing it with anyone.
  • Not opening attachments from anyone you don’t know.
  • Not replying to spam or forwarding chain emails.
  • Making sure that you have antivirus software installed and it's kept up to date.

Should you wish to withdraw your consent to receive emails to this address and close your Citizen Portal account please follow the withdraw procedures by clicking the withdraw consent link in the My Account section after logging in.

To find your home address please enter your postcode and then click Find Address. If you do not know your postcode, look it up here. If your address is not listed, press the ‘Enter Address Manually’ and type the correct address in the boxes provided.

Once you have selected Find Address, if you select an address from the available options please do not edit or add any additional information into the fields as the address will then fail the matching process.
