When registering an account, you are agreeing to the use of your information as detailed in the relevant Privacy Notices and also consenting to receive system messages and the outcome of your applications to your registered Email Address. Should you wish to withdraw your consent to receive emails to this address and close your Citizen Portal account please follow the withdraw procedures by clicking the withdraw consent link in the My Account section after logging in.
To find your home address please enter your postcode and then click Find Address. If you do not know your postcode, look it up here. If your address is not listed, press the ‘Enter Address Manually’ and type the correct address in the boxes provided.
Once you have selected Find Address, if you select an address from the available options please do not edit or add any additional information into the fields as the address will then fail the matching process.

You must provide consent for the Authority to use your information for the purpose shown below. If you do not wish to provide consent, you can not proceed with registration.
